Cream cheese and jelly

There isn't a week that goes by that my daughter doesn't eat cream cheese and jelly for lunch at least once. I loved it as a kid too. Who doesn't? 

Nutritionally, it's not the greatest. But by using whole grain bread (we love @BreadAlone Organic Whole Grain Sourdough with just four easy to pronounce ingredients) and a low sugar jam or a no-sugar added jam (we use @McCutcheonAp Fruit Juice Sweetened Strawberry Spread) this lunch staple is easier to swallow.
